Natural Edge Cherry Turning Blank

We have a limited supply of beautiful natural edge Cherry bowl blanks in 6" and 8" sizes. These blanks were harvested during the dormant season, so the bark will remain in place with reasonable care when turning. Thickness varies from 3" to 5". (Prunus serotina) This smooth-grained, reddish-brown cherry wood turns and finishes easily. When turned, it starts out light pink in color, then darkens over time to a rich reddish hue and beautiful patina that Cherry is known for.
