Turners Select™ Beeswax is a purified, natural wax which can be used alone as a low sheen, soft finish. Applied with a soft cloth while the bowl is spinning on the lathe, the heat from the friction quickly softens the wax, which then spreads across the work, penetrating and polishing at the same time. Beeswax also is great for holding box lids in place while finish turning or sanding. Every turner should have a block of Beeswax on his workbench.
