Robust Nitrided M2 Round Nose Scraper - Unhandled

The Robust Round Nose Scraper is an all-purpose scraper that offers exceptional versatility and performance. The 1/2” Round Nose Scraper is an all-purpose scraper that every woodturner should have in their toolbox. The 1" Round Nose Scraper has a round nose point with a sweeping side profile makes it ideal for making fine finishing cuts and blending curves on bowls and platters. The heavy cross-section adds stability and inspires confidence when cutting. Radiused corners on the underside of the tool allow you to tip it at an angle for shear scraping, too.

Made from heat-treated M2 High-Speed steel that is “Nitrided” using carbon and nitrogen to significantly increase wear resistance. To maintain the nitrided cutting surface on the top side of the tool, only sharpen the bottom bevel. Sold unhandled. Made in USA.
