Robust gouges are a personal favorite of professional woodturner Matt Monaco as they are uniquely different from other turning tools. Manufactured from heat-treated M2 High-Speed steel, these gouges are “Nitrided” using carbon and nitrogen to significantly increase wear resistance, improve chip ejection, and provide exceptional performance. Sold unhandled. Made in USA.
